Pre-Shipment Inspection and On-Line Inspection & Testing

For a physical on-site inspection or an on-line monitoring , TQCS AsiA's qualified inspectors are available at the supplier's facility to conduct the inspections and tests, review and monitoring the process, measurment and testing, evaluation the performance and report the production status. The inspection service ensures that products , processes are comprehensively monitored for compliance during the manufacturing process and that clients are informed in a timely manner. Our personnel are physically located to the industry area to provide the cost effective with the benefit of local knowledge, language and communication.
Product testing is key component of all inspection work and process monitoring. We provide wide range of testing , analytical services drawn from the skill and expertise of the technical specialists. TQCS AsiA will work only with the accredited laboratories, the testing will be carried out by competent lab technicians, where results will be reported within a timely manner. Our technical expert will conduct the verification of testing procedure while the test is carried out and ensure that the product is tested according to the recognised methodology.

Process Evaluation & Monitoring :
is a collection of technologies and methods used to define how products are to be manufactured. PEM differs from ERP/MRP which is used to plan the ordering of materials and other resources, set manufacturing schedules, and compile cost data. A cornerstone of PEM is the central repository for the integration of all these tools and activities aids in the exploration of alternative production line scenarios; making assembly lines more efficient with the aim of reduced lead time to product launch, shorter product times and reduced work in progress (WIP) inventories as well as allowing rapid response to product or product
Recall & Traceability : is important to containing the costs of a recall because it allows manufacturers to precisely identify the affected lots and thus keep the volume of recalled product as limited as possible, thus avoiding the time and expense of recalling unaffected products. In addition to the cost-savings benefits of product traceability, it is also mandated by the quality system regulations for all of food products , drug and medical device tracking.
Food Labelling : is a panel found on
a package of food which contains a variety of information about the nutritional value of the food item. There are many pieces of information which are standard on most food
labels, including serving size, number of calories, grams of fat, included
nutrients, and a list of ingredients. This information helps people who are trying to restrict their intake of fat, sodium, sugar, or other ingredients, or those individuals who are trying to get enough of the healthy nutrients such as calcium or Vitamin C.
Factory Audit and Process Evaluation

Supplier audir and evaluation may be performed as per agreed specification and scope of quality system. The audit activities will focus on product , process , safety and quality management system and capability of the suppliers. This may include process identification and management, procedure and personnel qualification and EOHS. Audits can be frequently performed to ensure that the operation , management system and procedures are consistently maintained and compliance.
Certification audit against International Standard

It is designed to add value and bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organizations. It provides an independent examination of a supplier's operating procedures, manufacturing system. Certified audit team is capable to evaluate a company's product , process and quality management system against international standard.
Certfication audits include : - ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, ISO22000, ISO17025, ISO16949, ISO13485, ISO27001, OHSA18001, SA8000, GMP , HACCP, BRC, IFS, GAP, MSC and etc. Certificate of Certifications can be approved from the accredited certification bodies.
Supplier Qualification for procurement program ​
All procurement programs , TQCS AsiA provide qualified suppliers the on-line monitoring and evaluation. Where necessary we assist supplier in the procedure to operate the production of product , to ensure the product meet the specified requirement and being delivered to desired destination.
